About this video
A cabride video from a JR Yamanote line train operated by E235 series from Tamachi station to Shinagawa station.
On November 16th, 2019 Yamanote line and Keihin Tohoku line was rerouted to a new route which goes through Takanawa Gateway station, still under construction to open in 2020, between Tamachi station and Shinagawa station. This movie was taken on the day before the reroute from a Yamanote line operated on the tracks which will not be used from the next day.

Highlights
The new tracks and speed restriction
【01:00】After leaving Shinagawa station, a new set of tracks branch off to the left. These set of tracks lead to the Takanawa Gateway station which is under construction. On the next day the Yamanote line will be rerouted to these new tracks. Due to the construction, there is a temporary speed restriction.
Passing with the Keihin-kyuko line
【01:10】A train on the Keihin-kyuko line is coming up the approach to Shinagawa station. This scene will not be able to see from the Yamanote line after the reroute of the to the Takanawa Gateway station.
The Keihin Tohoku line overpass
【02:10】The Yamanote line goes under the overpass for the Keihin Tohoku line. This bridge will be removed after the reroute of the Yamanote line and the Keihin Tohoku line to Takanawa Gateway station.
The new tracks and speed restriction
【02:30】Before arriving at Tamachi station, the new set of tracks from Takanawa Gateway station will be rejoining. There is a speed restriction here too.
